Following government advice, David Andrew Estates is open for business operating a closed door policy. We ask that you call or email us in the first instance; should a visit to our offices be required, our representative will schedule an appointment subject to the following Health Qualification.
1. That no one attending has had a temperature or any other COVID-19 symptoms in the last 10 days, or is currently self-isolating.
2. That no one attending has come into contact with someone within the last 10 days who has contracted coronavirus.

We have taken steps to allow staff to be able to work remotely and ask that you please email your regular point of contact at David Andrew and they will endeavour to respond to you.
If you are a tenant and you smell gas, please call National Grid Immediately on 0800 111 999 and they will assist you. For any other emergencies please call our offices and leave a detailed message stating your name, property address and as much detail regarding the problem as you can and someone will get back to you shortly.
