Our promise to tenants

  • We listen to the specific requirements of all of our tenants and we will only contact you regarding properties that accurately reflect your criteria and budget.
  • Having identified suitable properties for you to view, we will always confirm appointments by way of an email with the date, time, address of the property and provide contact numbers for the negotiator meeting you.
  • We will always endeavour to have the property open and ready to view prior to your arrival.
  • All of our agents are experienced in their field and have an in depth knowledge of every property we are marketing as well as detailed local insight. Should we be unable to answer a specific question we will contact the relevant person and revert back to you at the earliest opportunity.
  • We will never pressurise you into making a decision about a property. We will give you as much time as you need to ensure that you only commit to a property when you are ready to do so.
  • When you have chosen your property the first step is to pay a holding deposit to secure the property and your agent will talk you through this procedure. We will then guide you through every step of the process including advising you of which documents we require, referencing etc until we reach the date that you move in and we can hand you your keys.
  • Your safety as our tenant is paramount and all of our properties meet all current standards as dictated by the latest legislation so you can rest assured that the property is a safe environment to live in. In addition we will provide you with copies of all the relevant safety certificates attributed to your property.
  • When managing a property on behalf of a landlord, we will always provide a detailed inventory and schedule of condition (conducted and produced by a third party). With this in place both you and the landlord are protected and these documents will be used at the end of the tenancy when the property is re-inspected to determine whether or not you will receive your full deposit or have any part retained to reflect any deterioration in the condition of the property.
  • Your deposit will be protected. When we are employed to manage a tenancy, we register your deposit securely and you will receive confirmation from the deposit protection company. When a landlord manages a tenancy, they are responsible for deposit registration and we receive a contractual undertaking from them that this will be done prior to every tenancy commencing.
  • On the day of moving in to your property, we will provide you with a comprehensive welcome pack which will include all of the relevant contact information and guidance notes for your tenancy. If you are moving in to a property managed by David Andrew, you will receive a handover email from your assigned property manager in addition to your welcome pack.
