John is one of the longest serving members of David Andrew, having been with the company since 1996. He manages the dynamic and dedicated team at the busy Highbury Office and is a longstanding and well-known supporter of the local community. With his unique experience spanning 25 years, John has gained an incredible insight and unsurpassable knowledge of Highbury and has probably sold a property on every single road in the local surrounding areas! When he's not in the office, John likes spending time with his family, watching football and dining out.

Philip is a long-standing member of David Andrew, having joined back in 2004 and risen up through the ranks to become Lettings Manager. He has completed the NFoPP Level 3 in Residential Lettings & Property Management and therefore, has an excellent knowledge of the entire lettings process. After many successful years working in Stroud Green, he is now heading up the Lettings Team at the busy Highbury Office! Philip has a wonderful calm and friendly manner and is a first class communicator who ensures that his clients are kept in the loop at all times. When he’s not letting out properties, he likes to travel and spend quality time with his family.

Anna has a BA in English Philology with a specialisation in American studies. Originally from Poland, she first discovered her strength in sales and customer service by assisting in the family flower business from a very young age. Anna moved to London after falling in love with the city during her gap year. Before joining David Andrew, she worked in a variety of customer facing roles in the hospitality industry, administration and also as a teacher. Anna thrives on the variety of her position in the Lettings Department and particularly likes helping tenants find their new home and working with Landlords to ensure that their properties are in safe hands. As a local resident, Anna appreciates the wonderful sense of community, the architecture and the beautiful parks and green spaces. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, travelling and exploring new places in London!

Gemma joined the Highbury Office as a Senior Consultant and due to her success within the team, has worked her way up to the role of Sales Manager. Having worked in Property Sales both here and in Highgate for a number of years, Gemma is very familiar with the local area and also lives just down the road in nearby Harringay. When she's not at work, Gemma enjoys travel, film, horse riding and trying out the different cuisines London has to offer – especially those close to the office and home!

A true North Londoner, Jess has grown up and always worked in and around the local area. She joined the busy Highbury Office in early 2021 and has gained many years experience working across the property sector. This includes roles in administration, property management, lettings and sales. Jess loves problem solving and maintaining good relations with our landlords and tenants. Jess was also lucky enough to travel around South East Asia and teach English to primary school children. She enjoys travelling and cooking and in her spare time, Jess is mastering her candle making techniques!

Mark is a true local, having grown up in Highbury and worked as an estate agent in this part of North London for over 20 years. Mark started his career with David Andrew back in 2008 at the Highbury office then moved on to Archway. In 2011 he set up the Stroud Green office where he has been the Branch Manager ever since. His expertise in both residential property sales and lettings has enabled Mark to move hundreds of clients over the years, sometimes the same family 2 or 3 times over! He has earned a reputation as someone who is friendly, knowledgeable and always happy to help, whatever the circumstances may be. When Mark isn’t at work, he enjoys eating out in the local Stroud Green area.

Kasim started his career as a Manager in the Highbury office back in 2017 and has worked his way up to the role of Area Manager for the Archway and Stroud Green offices. A true North London local, Kasim grew up just down the road in Highbury. Kasim studied Financial Business Economics at university and started his career in the property industry 20 years ago, gaining valuable experience of running and managing offices for independent and corporate agencies all over London. His in-depth knowledge of the industry and the local North London area is a great asset to the David Andrew team. When he’s not at work, Kasim likes to travel, working out at the gym, dining out locally and is a big football fan.

Originally from Hamburg, Jana was trained in Real Estate Management and worked in Real Estate Investment Funding and Asset Management in Germany for the past 3 years. As Jana enjoyed living here so much during her gap year, she recently made the move back to North London to join the busy Stroud Green sales team at David Andrew. She speaks fluent German, loves English architecture and the fast pace of the London property market. Jana lives very locally to the Stroud Green office and in her spare time, likes to explore the plethora of wonderful pubs, restaurants and parks that are on offer in the area.

London born and bred, Gina’s background was originally in the film and music industry before she started marketing within the property sector back in 2007. Gina has been the Marketing Manager at David Andrew since 2012 and is based in Stroud Green, although she has also spent time working in the Highbury and Archway offices too. She was very involved in the rebrand of the company and has maintained close links with the local community which includes supporting St. Aidan's and Yerbury Schools, North London Hospice and Whittington Babies. Fluent in Greek, she loves to travel, eating in nice restaurants and baking cakes which she often brings in for her colleagues to try!

He’s a committed family man, a massive Spurs fan and enjoys playing in a local Sunday league football team.

Theo was born in Paris, but grew up in South Wales. His father is an estate agent so it only felt natural that he would follow in his footsteps. Before joining David Andrew in the summer of 2014, he was the Musical Director aboard a luxury cruise liner and got to travel around the Caribbean, South East Asia and Australasia. Theo speaks fluent French and thoroughly enjoys being part of the bustling North London property market. Heading up the Property Management team is a very diverse role and one that Theo handles with the excellent combination of calmness and professionalism. When he’s not in the office, Theo loves to travel, going to concerts and running marathons!

Darren is David Andrew's Property Maintenance Engineer and has over 20 years’ experience in the business. His vast industry knowledge covers all sectors of maintenance. Darren works closely with our Property Management team to ensure that all the properties we manage are professionally and efficiently maintained. In his spare time, Darren enjoys cooking and watching football.

Matt is our Property Maintenance Engineer and he has over 15 years’ experience in the field. Matt works with our Property Maintenance team, bringing core skills and experience to the role to ensure that all the properties we manage are professionally and efficiently maintained. Socially, Matt enjoys cycling, playing golf and is presently taking guitar lessons.

Jamie is a local North Londoner who has over 15 years experience in Property Maintenance. As a trained floor layer and painter/decorator he has a great eye for detail. In addition, Jamie's Degree in Building Surveying and Project Management background means that he’s a real all rounder when it comes to managing and maintaining properties. When he's not at work, Jamie enjoys cycling, football and going to gigs (and the occasional bit of DIY!).
