As an independent estate agent that has successfully been in business since 1994, it is with great pleasure that David Andrew can announce the opening of our new fourth North London office, which is a dedicated base for our experienced Property Management team.

Tenancy set-up: -

  • Referencing new tenants
  • Arranging any agreed upon pre tenancy works and conditions
  • Ensuring the property complies with required safety certification
  • Drafting and submitting tenancy agreements for signature

Pro-Active Property Management:-

  • Arranging tenancy renewals and rent reviews in line with market conditions
  • Arranging renewals of safety certification
  • Setting up property inspections and notifying Landlord of outcome and any maintenance required

Reactive Property Management:-

  • Responding to tenant requests for repairs
  • Liaising with multiple vetted contractors for quotes
  • Overseeing refurbishment works
  • Assistance with serving of Notices

Client Accounting:-

  • Providing detailed Rental Statements to Landlords to include income and any associated works invoices
  • Preparing Annual Income Summary reports for Tax Purposes
  • Rental Arrear notifying and communication

End of Tenancy Administration:-

  • Arranging inventory checkout
  • Administering deposit returns
  • Collecting Closing accounts for utilities and council tax

Communication:-

  • Keeping in touch with our client base
  • Responding to first stage complaints
