Theo was born in Paris, but grew up in South Wales. His father is an estate agent so it only felt natural that he would follow in his footsteps. Before joining David Andrew in the summer of 2014, he was the Musical Director aboard a luxury cruise liner and got to travel around the Caribbean, South East Asia and Australasia. Theo speaks fluent French and thoroughly enjoys being part of the bustling North London property market. Heading up the Property Management team is a very diverse role and one that Theo handles with the excellent combination of calmness and professionalism. When he’s not in the office, Theo loves to travel, going to concerts and running marathons!

Geetha was originally from Sri Lanka and completed her Batchelor of Science degree in India. After university, Geetha came to the UK in 2005 and was immediately drawn to the property industry. For over eight years, she worked in a lettings agency initially in office administration and then as a Lettings Negotiator. She joined the David Andrew Property Management team back in March 2013 as Renewals Administrator. Since then she has been promoted to Senior Client Administrator and works part-time. When she’s not in the office, Geetha enjoys spending time with family and catching up on her reading.

Originally from Scotland but widely travelled, Kevin returned to London after ten years in the Far East and has spent the last six years working in residential lettings and property management in Central and North London. Kevin studied life sciences at University College London and has achieved the NFoPP Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management. With his great knowledge of the industry, Kevin has the necessary experience to assist landlords and tenants with any issues that may arise in a constructive and helpful manner. Kevin enjoys travelling and exploring the many different areas of London and makes good use of the city’s excellent libraries!

Originally from Mauritius but now based in London, Anusha has a BSC (hons ) in Information Technology and Business Information Systems. She has a flair for languages and is fluent in French and Hindi. Whilst previously working as an administrator for another North London estate agent, Anusha soon moved into Property Management and has now over 10 years’ experience in this field. When she’s not working at our busy Stroud Green office, Anusha enjoys cooking and going to her local cinema.

A true North Londoner, Jess has grown up and always worked in and around the local area. She joined the busy Highbury Office in early 2021 and has gained many years experience working across the property sector. This includes roles in administration, property management, lettings and sales. Jess loves problem solving and maintaining good relations with our landlords and tenants. Jess was also lucky enough to travel around South East Asia and teach English to primary school children. She enjoys travelling and cooking and in her spare time, Jess is mastering her candle making techniques!

Originally from Newcastle, Kate Ann graduated from Newcastle University in 2014 with a BA Hons in Ancient History & Archaeology. She moved to London in March 2020, just before the National lockdown! Before joining the David Andrew Property Management team, Kate Anne has spent the last 4 years working in tenant referencing for two of the largest tenant referencing providers in the country. Prior to this she worked in compliance for an online gambling company. Kate also has a GDPR practitioner qualification and has taught herself to code during the pandemic. When she's not at work, Kate Anne enjoys exploring London, spending time with friends, running, coding and cooking.
