We promised to pay the rental payment into your designated bank account with in three working days of the rent due date. The payment is made via Lloyds TSB bank and a rental statement is emailed or posted to the landlord, if any deductions have been made during the previous month then these are deducted and a copy of the invoice is included in the rental statement. The statement is useful when landlords file their tax return because all income and deductions are shown clearly.
